REGISTRATION STEPS     

(for new and returning students )

Step 1: Review lesson policy below and complete the registration form.

Step 2: Our administrator will contact you via email to advise lesson time availability.   There is limited availability, dependent on the teacher. We do however try our best to accommodate your schedule.  An invoice will then be emailed once a lesson time is agreed.

Step 3: Make your payment to secure your spot. Your time slot will only be guaranteed after registration is completed and payment is received. 

Lesson Policy

FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Lesson payments are non refundable and cannot be applied to the following term.        

Semester lesson payment is due in full at time of registration. Alternatively, EFT or pre-authorized monthly payments can be set up for your convenience.

 

Cancellations and Make up lessons

Rescheduling of a lesson will be permitted if the administrator is notified 24-hours in advanced via EMAIL ONLY.  

A make-up lesson will then be arranged by the school administrator and must be attended within the term period. Each student is limited to a maximum of two make-up lessons during the term. 

Note:   A cancellation notice received less than 24 hours prior to a lesson will not be eligible for rescheduling and the lesson fee will be forfeited.

Make up lessons are not guaranteed and are also subject to studio room and teacher availability.

 

There are no make up lessons for group lessons. QuarterNote Music Arts reserves the right to cancel any group lesson due to lack of enrollment. A full refund will be issued to each registered student if Quarter Note Music Arts cancels a class.

 

Please Remember Your Lesson Time/Day.  Unfortunately we do not provide a lesson reminder service. Students must be responsible for coordinating their own attendance.  

Students Arriving Late

If a student arrives late to a lesson, the lesson must still end at the regularly scheduled time. Students arriving late by more than half of their lesson period will be considered absent, and their instructor will be dismissed.

 

Teacher Absence

In the event a teacher is unavailable, QNMA reserves the right to have a substitute instructor teach the lesson. If a substitute instructor can not be arranged, the student will receive a make­up lesson.

1. Pre-authorized Debit: Send a void cheque to quarternotemusicarts@gmail.com; or you can print it out and drop it off at the studio or store. Thank you.
